We know when you need our help you’ll also want the reassurance of clarity about what you might pay.

We know when you need our help you’ll also want the reassurance of clarity about what you might pay.

As such, we follow The Law Society of Scotland’s guidance to provide price transparency for individuals. While it is important to recognise that costs vary from matter to matter for a variety of reasons, we’ll work with you to agree an approach that’s right for you.

As well as our core value to satisfy and impress our clients, we also commit to treating others well — and that means we’re candid and honest when it comes to what we charge.

Our pricing pledge —

  1. When you instruct us, we will take the time to understand your individual needs and circumstances

  2. We’ll explain what’s involved and provide you with a cost or estimate to help you budget, along with details of who will be doing the work

  3. Where possible, we’ll offer you a choice of pricing and payment options. In some cases we can offer a fixed price package. Where we can’t, we charge based on the time we spend on your case, including meetings, emails, phone calls and court representations. You may also need to cover outlays, such as reports, registration fees, court costs or payments to independent experts

  4. By discussing all of this with you, we will be able to agree a pricing approach which suits you giving you certainty and reassurance
