Terence is a partner in our Employment team, having joined Ledingham Chalmers after establishing a strong reputation in employment law at the Scottish Bar. He has successfully represented clients in complex employment tribunal cases, including discrimination claims and sensitive workplace disputes.
He has advised and represented a broad range of clients, from FTSE companies and national institutions to local businesses, across sectors including energy, technology, life sciences, hospitality, media, sport and the public sector. He has also represented senior executives and professionals in complex, high-profile employment disputes, including cases that attracted national media attention.
Alongside his contentious work, Terence provides strategic advice on employment and equality matters, helping clients navigate workplace challenges and manage risk effectively. He was recognised for his expertise in employment law at the 2025 Law Awards.
