Ross is an associate at our Stirling office. He qualified as a paralegal in 2005 and a solicitor in 2015 before joining Ledingham Chalmers in June 2022. He has a great deal of experience working and leading on rural transactional matters across Scotland, including the acquisition and disposal of farms, estates and country houses. He regularly acts for a wide variety of clients, including lenders, house builders and estates. He works on development options and leases in respect of renewable energy projects. Ross has a background in dealing with residential and commercial conveyancing matters and continues to work on these as part of his varied caseload within the broader rural team.
