John Chalmers

John leads Ledingham Chalmers’ Edinburgh office, which handles litigation and dispute resolution. He undertakes a wide range of commercial litigation in the Court of Session and handles claims in the Commercial Court on a daily basis. John regularly represents local authorities, advising them in high profile, landmark cases. He also handles a wide range of interdict issues in the Court of Session for public sector clients, private companies and private individuals. John is a member of the Scottish Law Agents Society and the British Insurance Law Association.
