Ian is an experienced civil litigation senior associate and regularly works for claims handlers, insured companies, public sector organisations, self-insured bodies and insured private individuals. He handles a large volume of work from some of Scotland’s largest local authorities and deals with Sheriff Court and Court of Session cases. Ian specialises in actions against local authorities involving education, bullying and harassment, stress, property damage and housing issues. Ian is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law.
