Craig heads up the firm’s private client department, regularly advising clients on matters relating to wills, trusts, executries, inheritance tax planning and powers of attorney. He advises charitable bodies on various accounting requirements and offers legal counsel on the introduction of Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisations (SCIOs). This includes the drafting of constitutions and the preparation of applications for charitable status.
