Ledingham Chalmers has appointed Sarah Morris as Managing Partner, bringing 25 years of experience with the firm to the role.

Sarah leads the firm’s Institutional Litigation team and has extensive experience advising public sector clients, local authorities and major insurers. Having built her career at Ledingham Chalmers, she brings a deep understanding of the firm, its clients and its people to her new role.

Sarah said: “Having spent my whole career with the firm, I’ve seen the strength of the business come from its people, the relationships we build with our clients and our ability to adapt as their needs change. There is a great deal to build on, and my focus is on continuing to develop and grow the company while staying true to what we do well.

“We have strong teams, deep expertise and established relationships across Scotland. I want us to keep building on those strengths, create opportunities for our people and ensure we continue to deliver the standard of service our clients expect. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues across the firm as we take the next steps together.”

Craig Pike will remain as Chair of Ledingham Chalmers, working with Sarah and the wider leadership team to support the firm’s ongoing development.
