Ledingham Chalmers and Johnston Carmichael joint webinar — building business resilience

Protecting your business, coming out of this crisis stronger and more resilient depends on a clear view of the critical questions to ask, the actions to take, and an ability to respond quickly and decisively.

With that in mind, Johnston Carmichael and Ledingham Chalmers have teamed up for a free webinar that looks at how businesses can tackle specific risks head-on.

Here’s what we’ll cover —

  • Carol James, restructuring senior manager with Johnston Carmichael will look at the economic outlook for the next 12 months. She’ll discuss how you can ensure your business is as financially robust as possible and in the best position for growth. Plus, can better financial forecasting help support these efforts?
  • Our litigation partner Victoria Leslie will tackle the role of mediation, in particular when it comes to resolving contractual disputes and dealing with unpaid debts. She’ll look at how deploying this option in the right way at the right time can help reduce costs and minimise, or altogether avoid, lengthy court disputes.

Expect a lively discussion, and you’ll have plenty of chances to ask us questions and share your experiences.
