Nicola is head of our residential property team and an experienced conveyancer who specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and securities. She regularly prepares deeds of condition and pro forma offers, as well as negotiating, reviewing and concluding missives. Nicola advises a number of prominent housebuilders in Aberdeen and deals with high-value property purchases.
