Privacy, discrimination, annual leave and disciplinary procedures will all be under the spotlight at two free events in the north and north east in December.
And of course, no employment law event’s complete at the moment without mention of Brexit.
The sessions will be held at the Ledingham Chalmers’ offices in Aberdeen and Inverness on 4 and 12 December respectively.
Head of the law firm’s employment law team, partner Kirk Tudhope, said: “As well as discussing a number of important topics front of mind for businesses this year, we’re also taking a look ahead at what’s in store for 2020, including changes to the IR35 rules and calculating holiday pay.
“These events will be useful for employers, managers and HR professionals, helping them fairly and, if necessary, robustly deal with current workplace challenges.”
