Visiting our offices
Our Alford Place and Rose Street offices in Aberdeen are now open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm.
Social distancing and safety measures are in place to keep us all safe, so things are a bit different, but please bear with us.
When you arrive
At Alford Place (residential sales) — wait at the front door, we’ll let you in
At Rose Street (rentals) — please ring the bell, we’ll let you in
You may be asked to wait outside until another visitor leaves the premises
When you come in
One visitor at a time, please. Call ahead if you need to bring someone else with you
Please use the hand sanitiser provided
Please wear a mask — we’ll have some to hand
You can also use the disposable gloves provided, if you like
Please observe social distancing
For NHS Test and Protect you’ll be asked some questions, including your name and contact details, and whether you’ve had COVID-19 symptoms recently.
This information will only be shared with the NHS service and will be deleted after 21 days.
As you’re leaving
Pop your mask and any gloves in the bin
Sanitise your hands
Within 14 days of your visit, please let us know if you, or someone you live with, has symptoms of COVID-19 or is contacted through NHS Test and Protect.

When you book
For NHS Test and Protect, you’ll be asked some questions, including your name and contact details, and whether you’ve had COVID-19 symptoms recently*
Viewings are limited to two adults, though if you need to bring children or someone else with you, please let us know

The viewing
Someone from our team, or the seller, will meet you at the property
Please wear a face covering
Please bring hand sanitiser and use it before you enter the property
Avoid touching surfaces as much as you can — we will make sure doors, except fire doors, and windows are open
Please observe social distancing
Please sanitise your hands as you leave

Keeping you safe conducting viewings
Test and Protect — pre-viewing
For Test and Protect you’ll need to ask viewers for their full contact details and if they, or anyone the live with, has had COVID-19 symptoms recently
Please advise them you’ll keep this information for 21 days and ask for consent for sharing that information with us
You’ll also need to make sure they have read and understood our guidance on the website
Advise viewers they must let us know if the Test and Protect team contacts them, or if they develop COVID-19 symptoms, within 14 days of the viewing
Please let them know our team may ask them if they want to join our property mailing list
The viewing
Open as many windows and doors as you can, apart from fire doors

Ask them to sanitise their hands before entering your home and when they leave
If people touch a surface, wipe it down thoroughly
