As part of our fast-growing team, we’re looking for three talented people for whom the extra mile’s a given; team players who’ll delight our clients and set the standard in the marketplace. Importantly too, they’ll be an integral part of our talented, busy team spread across our three estate agency offices in the city.
Amongst other responsibilities, the property rental manager — who will have experience of both the rental market and managing a team as well as an in-depth understanding of leasing legislation — will have responsibility for developing and growing our well-established rental business.
The successful candidate will be passionate communicator, and will inspire colleagues in their role that includes all aspects of property management: building client relationships, dealing with landlords and tenants, maintenance, banking and administration.
Our ideal sales executive candidates — who will have strong valuation expertise with a great track record of conducting appraisals and winning client instructions — will know exactly what’s going on in the market.
These well-organised and driven individuals will use their knowledge to make sure we’re always at least one step ahead in the market: providing a service that impresses and attracts clients.
Demonstrable IT skills and a UK driving licence are essential for all three of these full-time posts.
