Property advisor — modern apprenticeship

If you’re aged 16 or over and want to work towards a recognised qualification and gain valuable hands-on experience at the same time, we may have the perfect role.

As part of our fast-growing team, we’re looking for a talented modern apprentice for whom the extra mile’s a given and who’ll impress clients and colleagues alike.

We’re looking to build on the great success we’ve already had with the modern apprenticeship programme, as well as the similar recruitment and training framework we have in place for legal trainees, and are looking for someone who’ll work well as part of our busy and friendly residential property team, spread across our three Aberdeen offices.

Of course, our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to learn, but they’ll also communicate well. They’ll have a solid grasp of IT too and will be well-used to Microsoft Office.

The role involves being a first point of contact for visitors and clients; referring people to the right team member to provide advice and support; responding to queries and providing administrative support for estate agency colleagues.

It’s a great opportunity to work with experts across a range of modules, with support from Ledingham Chalmers as your employer, and QA Training, the organisation you’ll have a training contract with.
