Private client solicitor and paralegal — two posts

Are you proactive, professional and personable? Can you reel off a list of what clients look for from a legal firm?

Great, then we’d love to hear from you.

As part of our fast-growing private client team, we’re looking for two talented people — a solicitor and a paralegal — for whom the extra mile’s a given.

Our ideal candidate for the new solicitor post will be four to five years post-qualification with experience in executry, wills, trusts, powers of attorney and guardianships.

Our firm offers excellent prospects for promotion, so this role’s a great opportunity for someone keen to make their mark in the private client discipline with the support of renowned experts across all of our offices in Scotland.

The responsibilities for the paralegal, who will have experience in all aspects of executry administration, include investigating the extent of estates; preparing confirmation applications and inheritance tax returns; preparing executry accounts and dealing with related tax matters.

For the paralegal post, we would also consider a law graduate looking for an alternative route to progress their career.
