Private client executry paralegal

We’re growing in Inverness, and we’re looking for a full-time private client executry paralegal to join our experienced team.

We’re always looking for people who bring that certain something to our firm and if you have demonstrable experience in all aspects of executry administration, we’d love to hear from you.

The full-time role's duties include

  • Investigating the extent of estates

  • Preparing confirmation applications and Inheritance Tax returns

  • Preparing executry accounts

If you have experience preparing wills and powers of attorney that would also be an advantage.

Our ideal candidate will have all the qualities you’d expect: excellent attention to detail; a first-rate client care track record; good communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work on their own initiative.

In turn, you’ll join our friendly and growing team in Inverness, and have the day-to-day support of partners, lawyers and experienced support staff.

There are great opportunities for personal development, training and progression in a supportive and flexible environment.

We'd welcome applications from candidates keen to work either full or part time and our firm operates a hybrid working policy.

Importantly too, the role comes with an attractive remuneration and holiday package.
