And this time, we’re looking for someone with family law experience who has been qualified for at least three years. They’ll also be interested in training in collaborative law, if they haven’t done so already.
The ideal candidate will join our well-respected team in Aberdeen and will not only have sheriff and/or court of session experience, but will also be well-versed in all aspects of our discipline, including child law, divorce, cohabitation and residence, as well as contact disputes.
And, they’ll have all the qualities you’d expect us to ask for: excellent attention to detail; a first-rate client care track record; good communication, time management and organisational skills; and the self-motivation to work under their own initiative with minimal supervision.
