We’re looking for a pair of talented people for whom the extra mile’s a given; team players who’ll delight our clients and set the standard for our competitors. Importantly too, they’ll be the backbone of our talented, busy team spread across our two estate agency offices in the city.
Amongst other responsibilities, the estate agency manager — who’s likely to have considerable experience in the residential property market — will have full responsibility for managing the delivery of estate agency and leasing services.
The successful candidate will be the brains behind our campaigns in this area — including on social media — and be in the driving seat of how our offering evolves over time, in line with client and market demand.
The property developers manager — who has probably worked with a developer in some capacity for some time — will know exactly what’s going on in the market.
They’ll use this knowledge to make sure we’re always at least one step ahead and will develop a service and mastermind events and campaigns that make a significant, measurable difference to our clients, their sites, and their sales teams.
