Our ideal candidates will demonstrate experience in —
All aspects of new-build plot sales including title deeds
Residential property sales and purchases pre and post settlement
Examining and reporting on Sasine and Land Register titles
We're looking for people who have a paralegal qualification, or who have working in the role for at least two years. We'd also welcome applications from solicitors who've qualified in the last year or two.
Our ideal candidates will have all the usual qualities you'd expect — excellent attention to detail and organisational skills; a first-rate client care track record; good communication and time management; as well as the ability to work well as part of our team and under their own initiative.
In turn, if successful, you'll join our friendly, collaborative team and have the day-to-day support of the residential property partners.
