If you're applying as a paralegal, ideally you'll have an appropriate qualification, or will have worked in the role for at least two years.
If you're an NQ solicitor, you'll have a strong, proven background in conveyancing.

All aspects of new-build plot sales including title deeds
Residential property sales and purchases pre and post-settlement
Examining and reporting on Sasine and Land Register titles
You'll also be able to show you have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills; a first-rate client care track record; good communication and time management; as well as the ability to work well as part of our team and under your own initiative.
