You’ll manage a varied caseload, including examining titles, drafting legal documents, concluding missives, instructing property searches and communicating with agents, solicitors and clients.

We’ll rely on you to keep transactions moving, spot potential issues early, and provide the kind of clear, dependable service people need when making major decisions about their homes.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience working as a residential property paralegal

  • Confidence handling a broad mix of conveyancing transactions

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

  • A thoughtful, client-focused approach and clear communication skills

This is a full-time, office-based role in Aberdeen, and you’ll be part of a well-established team with a reputation for delivering practical advice and excellent service.
