Client wellbeing assistant

We’re hiring a client wellbeing assistant in Aberdeen — a new post for our firm to support our growth plans.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent care skills and will have a background in social care, care for the elderly, or welfare and benefits.

Once in the role, you’ll develop supportive and trusted relationships with our clients, and you’ll be a first point of contact when it comes to the implementation of powers of attorney and guardianships. As part of these legal agreements, you’ll provide support with transactional matters when needed, with examples including advising on organisation of care provision, and helping arrange home repairs.

A legal background isn’t necessary, but demonstrable IT skills and experience of sensitively dealing with, and supporting, people are both essential. The role also includes home visits, so a full driving licence is required.
