We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing administrator to join our team, where you will be a key contributor to the firm’s financial operations and client service delivery.

Duties
Managing billing processes, including preparing and issuing fee invoices, investigating billing queries and disbursements
Supporting matter administration, including matter closures, WIP and cost write-offs and reviewing historical balances
Providing billing support and training across departments
Assisting with client ledger and invoice administration
In this role you’ll receive day-to-day support within a collaborative and supportive team.
Skills
With this type of role, it’ll come as no surprise we’re looking for someone with experience across accounts payable, purchase & sales ledger, billing and general accounting duties.
Other skills include:
Strong attention to detail
Good numeric skills
Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels within the firm
Good organisational skills
IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft software (eg Excel and Word)
Ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload and ensure all deadlines are met
