Accounts administrator

We’re recruiting for an accounts administrator in our busy Aberdeen office.

The role, playing a crucial role supporting our busy, growing teams, focuses on ensuring our processes and procedures are as efficient as possible. Plus, duties also involve preparing and processing invoices.

Our ideal candidate will have the qualities you’d expect us to ask for: they be able to demonstrate excellent numeracy skills, attention to detail, and will be IT literate and used to using Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience of invoicing is essential, but further training on our systems and processes will be provided. And, great communication skills are a must.
