David is a partner in the firm's commercial property department dealing with all aspects of commercial property, from purchase and sale, to leasing and securities.

With a specialist focus on alcohol licensing and planning, his work includes acting for a number of large housebuilders, as well as advising on onshore and offshore wind, solar and battery farm developments, in option and lease agreements

He acts for a number of local and national hospitality businesses, appearing at licensing boards across the country.
