Dara is an experienced Private Client Practitioner, Notary Public and member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is also an Associate Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) which is her area of specialisation, focusing on the particular issues and needs facing elderly clients with sensitivity and clarity.
Having worked with firms in Edinburgh and Glasgow, Dara also deals with estates that have assets overseas and is a member of the British Spanish Law Association. Day to day, her work relates to Wills, Trusts, Executries, Inheritance Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney.
Dara gives training and awareness seminars and writes articles relating to private client matters.
