IT helpdesk assistant

The central services unit, which includes HR, marketing, accounting, IT, business strategy and compliance, supports all client-facing teams.

IT is an area where we'll be concentrating investment over the next 12 months and this is an opportunity to play a key part in helping us adapt quickly and respond effectively to support colleagues as they deliver an excellent service for our clients.

This full-time role covers a broad range of IT tasks, supporting standard and specialised applications, including responding to systems queries, problem solving with colleagues and setting up meeting rooms for remote access and conference support.

If applying, you'll be able to demonstrate experience in at least four of these areas —

  • Windows operating systems and applications

  • Active Directory

  • Desktop support

  • Exchange ActiveSync

  • Workstation/peripheral maintenance

  • Large scale software installation

  • Bespoke legal application support

You'll have a degree or professional IT qualification and will be known for your organisational skills as well as your attention to detail and you'll be able to show success when it comes problem solving.
