Our ideal candidate will know property and the market inside out, and will be accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a paralegal.
They will also have at least two years’ residential property conveyancing experience including handling sales and purchases, remortgage transactions, transfers of equity and dealing with sasine titles.
Based in Aberdeen, the new team member will have all the qualities you’d expect us to ask for too such as excellent attention to detail as well as good communication, time management and organisational skills.
